We do have a high volume of emails, but false bans are typically a quick fix plus the devs are helping with resolving those issues. Hacked accounts, however, require more investigation. In the meantime, we always recommend keeping your Roblox account secure by enabling two-factor authentication. 🫶🏻💕 Stay safe out there. 😭 Officially a hacker/exploiter anti account.

Hi students! 💫 The team is actively removing many bans that were flagged due to rapid leveling. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, these systems are in place to protect you from hackers and exploiters who level accounts quickly to scam, and other reasons. If you’re banned, you can still email Support@RoyaleHigh.com as usual, but your issue may be resolved within a few days by tech devs before support. We also recommend not opening tens of thousands of eggs at once (even though we know it’s tempting 🥚✨). Try opening them in waves instead. We are also onboarding more staff to improve wait times! We’re continuously working behind the scenes to improve these systems. Thank you for your patience and support! 💖

@RoyaleHighValks yesss! I play on pc and loading to any realms has been super laggy. The whole egg hunt game gets laggy as in everyone will freeze but the timer is still going down. You would think you collect or drop off eggs but you actually wouldn’t !!!
