Bharat Innovates 2026, to be held in Nice, France, is envisioned as a platform for co-creation rather than a traditional showcase. It seeks to bring together innovators, universities, research institutions, industry and investors to enable long-term partnerships and collaborative innovation across borders. In this spirit, I extend an invitation to students from across the world to participate in Bharat Innovates 2026, both physically and virtually. I also invite international industry leaders, academic institutions, innovators and investors to engage with this platform in Nice and explore meaningful collaboration with India’s innovation ecosystem. Launched India’s first Integrated Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) Field Laboratory Facility at IIT Bombay. This marks an important milestone in advancing India’s clean energy innovation ecosystem. It reflects India’s growing strength in emerging tech, driven by innovation, scale and long-term vision. India’s Panchamrit commitments announced by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi and the national goal of Net Zero by 2070 define a clear pathway towards sustainable and responsible growth. CCUS will play a critical role in this transition, powered by indigenous science and technological capability. This achievement reflects the larger direction envisioned in NEP 2020, creating institutions that not only generate knowledge, but also build national capability through innovation, enterprise and research-led solutions.
