Thoughts on Andrey Santos signing: Pros: - Excellent progressive passer - Comfortable receiving under pressure - Can carry through midfield - Brings energy and intensity ( - High ceiling at 2w Cons: - Doesn't replace Casemiro - Not an elite defensive midfielder OOP - Could improve his long-range passing - Not as good as Mateus in final third £48m in this market feels like decent business. He's more of an Alex Scott/Mateus Fernandes profile than a Casemiro replacement. United still need a defensive monster in midfield, but alongside one, I think Santos could become a top player. #mufc
