Builders in public: what AI tools are you using the most right now? I’ve mainly been using Codex 5.5 . It’s been ok so far, but I am not sure if I missing something . What’s in your stack?

OpenAI solving an 80-year geometry problem autonomously should recalibrate what you think agents are capable of. I build agents for specific bounded tasks. the geometry result is open-ended, exploratory, genuinely novel. that's a different category. when reasoning models can do original discovery, "building an agent" starts meaning something different from what it meant 6 months ago. #AIAgents

Google proposed WebMCP at I/O - an open web standard that lets browser-based AI agents execute structured tasks on any website. if this gets adopted: every website becomes an agent-compatible surface without custom integration. @iisanidhya @steipete What shifted for me: I stopped betting on a model and started betting on the escape hatch. Six months ago the question was which one's smartest. Now it's how fast I can swap when the next one leapfrogs. Are you abstracting the model or committing to it?
