The Prophet PBUH taught us to communicate with people according to their level of understanding. When approached through reason, a clear pattern emerges: everything in existence is dependent upon something else. Systems rely on components, components rely on energy, and energy relies on underlying structures. If all that exists is dependent, then there must be a reality that is not dependent an uncaused, self-subsisting source. An infinite regress of dependency cannot stand without a foundation. Logic points to a Necessary Being independent, uncaused and eternal. That reality is Allah. Faith is not in opposition to reason; rather, it is the conclusion that sound reasoning leads to when followed with sincerity and clarity.
