@IKEAIndia My order is not being picked up since a week. Pickup was scheduled for 21 but nobody called. This was shifted to 26 without my permission. There's no confirmation of pick up also.

@IKEAIndia my malm bed with 5 years warranty broke when i was on the bed. Customer service said it is a case of “handling damage” and stopped responding. Please explain what handling damage when the bed and the person on the bed are at rest inside their bedroom. @consumerforum_
