@IKEAUSA I bought a new couch from you in mid February. It was damaged. I fixed it, assembled it, and called customer service about what to do. I was offered a discount and was asked to send in pictures, which I did. I've since had to call customer service back four times.

Went to @IKEAUSA Oakcreek Wisconsin today for 1st time ever. Great place,customer service not the greatest. Wanted to buy #Billy book case with glass and one I wanted was $189 the same one in different color was $139 wouldn't price match It's the same item! Not great experience.
