So from my perspective, it looks like the @usualmoney present some interesting opportunities for “long term investors”, especially for usualx holders, let me explain At current price, $USUALx gives 80%+ ( I say + because all the PT usualx holders do not receive it) in dividend paid in $USD0 through their fee switch (and usual token to counter dilution) - if the price goes lower, I’m getting an exponential USD0 dividend that easily compensate the loose in principal in 1y (and usual rewards compensate for the loss in principal too) - if the price stays the same, I don’t get diluted and I get 80% dividend - if the price goes up, my dividend in % lowers (not in absolute usd number tho) but my principal goes up in value Unstaking of USD0++ won’t happen as long as its price is above the redemption rate Now up to USD0++ The LP pool for USD0/USD0++ currently is composed of 90% of USD0++ ( basically you’re almost fully exposed to USD0++), but this gets paid an insane 90% compared to the 27% for holding vanilla USD0++ Of course you will get a slight IL if the pool rembalances to 50-50, and if usd0++ goes to 1$, but the fees you get through curve for LPing should easily compensate for that ( oh and USD0/USDC also brings 27% so far if you want to stay liquid at 1$…) It looks like a great opportunity for both stablecoin farmers, or investors, although I already have a good exposure to usual as @WhiteLoopCap invested in their Series A, I put my money where my mouth is and increased my positions, both in LP, and in usualx. These are all long term position I’m happy to hold as long as USD0++ secondary price is above its floor
