Hi all, we are aware of what's happening and the team is actively on it. Just a quick update: This is a load/technical issue, not a sell-out. Capacity hasn't changed — the platform simply couldn't handle the volume at launch. An official player-facing statement is coming shortly

Regarding some refounded tickets: Some players had multiple pre orders. The users have been informed, in case feel free to contact bandai@cs-international.gg for any issue As soon as the refund is processed the ticket goes back on sale #ONEPIECE〜

@OrangeSamuraiD Unlike Pokémon I think OP cards are more available to get signed by artists. The hard part is which one you're interested in and getting to find a convention or someone able to get the sign for you 😶

One Piece Card Game is such an amazing game because its exposed me to so many amazing artist. I wish they'd do commissions but they're too big time or prob couldn't do licensed characters 🥲

@DietmarHolzer The only way to have the access at the venue is to have the Fruit ticket indeed. You can notr play without that one

@ila_JDG Is it like that that you cant even register/play side events is you have no flame fruit or finals ticket? For example if you csn only play at sunday you are doomed ?
