American Water recently participated in the Illinois House Energy and Environment Committee hearing on data center energy and water use. At the invitation of Chairwoman Carol Ammons, who represents @ilamwater's Champaign-Urbana service area, Vice President of Regulatory Policy & Affairs Jason Stephenson joined the discussion to share how utilities can help meet growing demand while protecting customers and communities. Illinois American Water representatives attended the @IMA_Today and @ILRetail's Business Day in Springfield. At the event, attendees learned more about the business climate in Illinois, and the priorities of IMA in the areas of job growth.
