Today #Waze was totally messed up. An hour to get out of NYC when no traffic. ETA to get to Boston 7 hours- no traffic and 65 - 70 MPH. I got home at 4:40 after I shut #Waze off. Tried everything to connect, get directions without results. Bad experiences in last 2 weeks!

#citibank credit card does not respect customers. No ombudsmen to talk to amd 800 numbers on thief site that is not valid. They do not make it easy:(

#citibank credit card terrible policies and customer service for returning money when the balance on the account is O!! Many calls to them, broken promises and $8,000 that did not belong to them was not returned 15 days already. Appalling!!!
