@blushbun_ @WRemegogo @JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79 @neocores @virginmedia @JoshDavies1603 @taywuhh as soon as he realised he had no idea what he was talking about he said ‘good night’. not even a fight ahah
English

@virginmedia PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU GET AWAY WITH CHARGING ACTUAL MONEY FOR YOUR WI-FI ROUTER? YOU ARE A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY.
English

@Orpheus79 @JamieJones7991 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia oh no, i wasn’t arguing with him, was putting him in his place.
English

@ilect_ @JamieJones7991 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia Really, stop interacting with this freak. It’s so sad how he popped up to argue about nothing.
English

@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia yes but regardless if it’s stated to you on a call or not and you have it recorded, if you have agreed to the t&cs, in terms of law that is what will be followed, so at this point you’re chatting out your arse. let people have their opinion about a supplier THEY pay for.
English

@ilect_ @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia That's why you record and make it massive paint in the arse, it's pretty easy
English

@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia different broadband suppliers have different contracts/termination requirements. it also states in the virgins t&cs that they have the right to change the tariffs you’re placed on when opening a contract with them dependant on the usage in your area and/or city
English

@ilect_ @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia You can call them now, they will tell you that if they break the contract, in my case it was increasing the price during the contract period, then you can leave, it's the same as any other contract
English

@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia considering there t&cs haven’t been renewed since like 2016. clearly states if you leave mid contract, you will be billed the the remainder of the contract in full, plus termination charges for each individual service and your 30 day notice period, stay quiet next time.
English

@ilect_ @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia That was the reason why I originally left, they put the price up
English

@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia that’s not what i asked, when did you leave originally?
English

@ilect_ @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia They put the price up mid contract, wasn't happy about it, came back and got a better deal a few.months later
English

@ilect_ @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia Nope, left before (back with them now though) because they put the price up mid contract, I had a recording of them saying I can leave if they do that exact thing (if you do t record calls with them then you're an idiot), didn't have a single issue
English

@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about, i deal with virgin contracts on a daily basis, if you leave a contract without exceeding the set contract time you’re going to be charged
English

@Orpheus79 @neocores @blushbun_ @virginmedia It's actually not that hard to leave, virgin break a load of contracts, one of the biggest is putting the price up of said contract up during the contract, you can leave instantly at that point and they can't charge you
