i miss how many cals i burned at my old job :( 10 hour manual labor 😏 but i was in recovery so i didnt lose anything i actually ate sm 💔

i need advice 💔 im eating 600/day and i feel like garbage :( if i start eating 800-1000 a day but i also burn off the extra 200-400 cals will i have more energy, or will i feel the same because i’m still in the same caloric deficit? or more tired from the extra work?

@iliacplastic I've never actually tried miso soup but I really really want to cuz I loveeeee these kinds of soup. Had pho the other day and the broth was AMAZINGGG I literally drank every last drop of it from the bowl 🤤 and gosh yeah the crunch of the onions must be so satisfying
