@angelcakebunnii I‘d walk 1.5h to school every morning (300c) and back (300c) and then dance or cycle for 1-2h (at min. 150 bpm) until I’ve burned 400c. If you don’t have time for that, try to eat at maintenance for a few weeks so your body won’t keep screaming fy to binge bc you’re starving
@angelcakebunnii Best thing that worked for me was excercise addiction- eat like 1500+ cals, workout all day and burn at least 1000cals actively so your net is still 500cals. Excercise suppresses your appetite and keeps you very busy once you’re addicted

@likealotus222 To calculate your deficit you take your bmr + actively burnt cals - intake. So if your bmr is f.e. 1500 and you burn 500 actively and eat 1300, your deficit is 700. if you maintain that for 2 months you loose ~5kg of actual fat
@likealotus222 calculate it. Loosing 1kg fat requires a 7700c deficit, take that times however many kgs you want to loose and divide it by the days in which you want to loose that weight. If you’d want to loose 5, you’d have to be in a daily deficit of 688 for 56days
