For those who want a bit more context: parts of Sumatra, Indonesia have been hit by severe flooding and landslides, destroying homes, roads and bridges and basically leaving entire communities stranded without adequate resources. That’s why this reporter broke down. And the reason Indonesians are angry is because the government still hasn’t declared this situation a national emergency, which means large scale state funding cannot be mobilised and responsibility is pushed onto already strained local governments. But the craziest part is that on top of failing to properly assist civilians, the government is also rejecting aid and offers of help from overseas so how is any of this supposed to make sense?

1. SM said “EXO activities and lawsuit are separate matters.” 2. SM is the plaintiff in this trial, so the burden of proof is on them, not CBX. 3. Yet SM is stalling entire process and trying to frame CBX as non-compliant, when CBX just asked them to proceed by law.

I’m sorry… I never wanted to write something like this, but I honestly can’t hold it in anymore. I’m crying while typing this because this whole situation hurts in a way I can’t explain. The truth is… this doesn’t feel like a ‘miracle in December’ to me or to many of us. It feels painful. It feels wrong. It feels like SM is reusing symbols while acting like the history, the memories, and the nine who made EXO what it is can be pushed aside. And that hurts. It hurts more than you will ever understand. And EXO… Guys I need you to know this clearly: I’m not blaming you. I’m blaming the companies behind you. I know you see things online. I know you’ve seen our fear, our anger, our heartbreak. I know you know we’re hurting. I kept quiet for so long because I believed you were hurting too — stuck in the middle of the company and the media. And I still believe that. But watching all of this happen without any clarity… it’s crushing us. It feels like the fans are being left to carry all the pain alone. I know you’re trying to protect the name EXO, but the way this is happening… it’s emotionally draining the people who never left your side. We waited for years. We hoped for years. And all we feel now is heartbreak — like the past is being erased piece by piece. So I’m begging you… please. Please don’t touch the old memories. Please don’t rewrite the moments that belonged to all nine of you. Leave the history as it is — it’s the only thing that still feels real to us. You were not just artists to me.
