@smokingmusket Pretty good parallels. Both led their respective teams to national runner up finishes. Individual vs team sports are hard comparisons. Jerry couldn’t win an individual title like Ceili just did but there’s definitely similar tough mentality between the two.

@InsideTheBig12 You’re unlikely to see tuition waivers come back but the school could only charge the athletic department in state tuition rates. It would cut down on the expense

It’s simple… WVU athletics needs the reinstate of tuition waivers to compete with its peers. Marshall athletics receives approximately $16m every year in institutional/govt support. WVU athletics gets almost nothing.
