@IsheSugarShay George Foreman won a world title at 45. Bernard Hopkins did the same at 46, defended it at 49, and retired 2 years later. Tom Brady played in the NFL at 46.

Thank you for all the love and care you have shown my brothers. I didn’t even realise how special they are. I’ll just be walking with them and cracking jokes with them, not even knowing God kept me in the presence of great men. 100% it’s tough for me, but I know it’s even tougher for their parents ❤️ I have a strong mind, and I believe God knows their hearts. May God have mercy on my brothers 🙏🏾

Life no dey send warning.
One minute you strong.
Next minute, everything fit change.
Anthony Joshua heavyweight.
World champion.
Money.
Muscle.
Global respect.
But one small moment remind all of us say life no dey fear anybody.
Strength no be only muscle.
Sometimes strength na the fact say you still dey stand after life try bend you.
Some people no make am out.
He did.
And that one alone na message.
Make nobody deceive you, fame no be insurance.
Power no be bulletproof.
Money no be charm.
Na grace.
This life dey humble everybody.
E no ask if you ready.
E no ask if you famous.
E no ask if you innocent.
One second, you dey plan tomorrow.
Next second, tomorrow dey question.
So while you dey here, live intentionally.
Love properly.
Forgive quickly.
No postpone sense.
Because survival itself na testimony.
And if you still dey breathe today,
after all the things wey suppose break you, then hear this:
You strong pass wetin you think.
No be everything wey happen get explanation.
But everything get lesson.
Hold your people tight.
Value today. And no joke with life.
Our prayers are with Anthony Joshua always.

@johnsemalhuis @mark_keohane You said NH struggled in the RWC but have been in 7/10 WC finals. You said they hadn’t won a single one. And yet they had. Stop talking waffle.
English

NH teams have won how many RWC's?
It was so long ago that I forgot Wilkinson won the RWC for England,
I suspect you have no idea how the sport works
Anyone who understands the sport knows the NH teams have the odds stacked against them in the RWC no matter how good they are (and infant , France , England and Irealand are pretty much always good enough to beat anyone on the day) They all lack depth on the bench , no matter how histrionic you are. Thanks to footie and Rugby League , the Aussies have a similar problem. Actually , many of us that have actually played would love for France or Ireland to win , but it is very unlikely.
English

Mate, we've got to four WC finals and won them. You don't even know what a semi feels like. YES we celebrate it because we celebrate winners. You celebrate making the q/finals of a RWC.

Sad to see South Africa celebrating that November international result like a World Cup Final Will see what happens in 2027, when it really counts and in a competition when Ireland really shine...
English

@johnsemalhuis @mark_keohane So first you say NH teams struggle in the RWC, then you say an NH team has never won an RWC both of which are incorrect? England literally just beat NZ, and that NZ lost quite handily to France at the last RWC. You have no earthly idea about the sport.
English

@iloridee @mark_keohane Oh sorry. I couldn't remember that far back.
English

@johnsemalhuis @mark_keohane Struggle? An NH team has been involved in 7 out of the last ten World Cup finals?
English

Unless the Northern teams develop some depth , they will always struggle. Ireland and France are great teams but they lose a few key players and they are cannon fodder. NZ and SA can potentially field 3 competitive teams apiece. Every RWC is really only a two horse race at the moment. I would actually love someone else to win for a change - NZ and SA have brought rugby up to the next level physically and tactically , but I wouldn 't put money on it,
