so langdon has gone from "abby stayed" and making it sound like his marriage had no issues straight to "my wife threatened to divorce me and i almost lost my kids". the story changed as langdon shared more of the truth. y'all know what they say about the rule of threes.

i don’t want to be that person…but I WILL. langdon actually LISTENS to mel. he goes to her, checks on her, asks about what’s bothering her, about becca and what i love most about their conversations is that they always validate each other instead of telling the other what to do

@angelsavatar3 100% honestly that’s something i thought after watching the scene with mel and dana and how her advice clearly didn’t help her. she literally told her “this isn’t about you” which even if she’s partly right, mel’s feelings about it still matter too

@ilouvrep people are disappointed by the convo but i thought it was a great contrast to the dana/mel one bc dana just tells her to suck it up basically, whereas langdon actually listens to her while still trying to help her and snap her back to reality. Ugh so good
