@ilumisolutions are you still in business? I ordered a couple bulbs and was charged on 5/17/20. Inquired on status in email on 5/26. I haven’t heard a word.

@ilumisolutions any current problems with authentication through the Ilumi app for iPhone? I can’t login with my FB account and I can’t even create a new account (tried a different email address). This means i can’t control my lights - I’ve got 5 Ilumi bulbs. 😟

@ilumisolutions So are you guys officially dead? The app hasn’t been updated in months and doesn’t even fit on the iPhone XS screen, the bulbs are still garbage, and then I get this from IFTTT. Not that I used it anyway. It was broken too.

I’m so tired of my @ilumisolutions lightbulb and the garbage app that they have. I was one of the original purchasers of the light and it seems like they stopped supporting their original ones. Does anyone recommend a good smart lightbulb that is Alexa friendly?

@R1tro Hi There, you can use both generations of lightbulbs in both apps, you don't need to just use the original ilumi app! Our customer support team would be happy to help you with this, and explain using "IFTTT" to connect to your Alexa! ilumi.zendesk.com/twickets/51523
