@iluvmarble The main change is the week before your period where ur metabolic rate increases. On your period you gain a bunch of water weight and retention tho which is why people tend to gain ‘weight’

i had so many sweets today because i was in an environment with a lot of chocolate and i felt terrible eating it but it was a reminder that im not as strong as i thought, i genuinely have no self discipline and i feel embarrassed of myself

low cal crepes with tuna!! around 350 for the whole thing to make it lower cal next time i’ll make the crepes thinner, i will dilute the batter with water and try to scoop smaller amounts i also think i could’ve used less tuna in each!! will update when i make a lower cal ver.
