@todos_soba once again, there isn’t a direct translation because it’s a contextual word. in this case, the word papago translated it to can refer to animals and humans (with the latter being an offensive usage of the word). context is extremely important.

@todos_soba an example would be the american-english word “cute”. it usually means something adorable but can also be sexual if used on adults in america.

@todos_soba yes, almost every single western translation site is translating it wrong because it’s a contextual word with multiple meanings. the word can be used as a slur when used on older people (especially of black decent) but generally isn’t when used on children or small animals.
