Hi Zach, Kacey sacrificed her twenties to take care of our family. We had both of our childhood homes foreclosed on, and spent ten years living with constant housing instability. Our mom, who is deaf, had been trapped with her abuser who stalked her, beat her, and stabbed her three times. She probably wouldn’t even be alive if Kacey not worked her ass off to buy that house. Our younger sister, who is disabled, was also a victim of that violence. I was able to leave my own abusive relationship because the stability Kacey provided for our entire family. And when, our father, who is physically disabled, facing homelessness, and had nowhere to go, Kacey took care of him too. I know you also grew up in poverty, and despite your and Kacey’s differences, I find it pretty sad you would ever wish that kind of violence on our family. I wouldn’t wish that on my worst fucking enemy. I don’t even know you. Why are you wishing homelessness on our family? For drama?
