@navneet_mundhra @vickykaushal09 And when you say this - "In fact, #VarunDhawan has been a MUCH bigger STAR than Vicky. Yes, Varun faced some tough times between 2018-2025 but he delivered so many HITS & excellent openers between 2013-2017" -it sounds sooo PAID PR,incredibly hilarious to fathom Varun as "STAR"

@navneet_mundhra @vickykaushal09 There was never any disagreement in the audience since Masaan that Vicky Kaushal is a stellar actor. And there is also a growing inclination amongst producers to have him lead meta movies. That reeks "Star" and "Market Value". It's also PAID PR, when you consistently diss this

It's completely unfair to club #VickyKaushal with #RanbirKapoor & #RanveerSingh. Both Ranbir and Ranveer are far, far ahead of @vickykaushal09 in terms of stardom. What are the initials of his movies barring #Chhaava? And even Chhaava opened big ONLY in Maharashtra due to regional flavour. Ranbir and Ranveer have given multiple films with EXCELLENT openings. And they have many SUPERHITS to their credit... Vicky is a fine actor but even on the acting finesse parameter, he's two notches below the other two actors. In fact, #VarunDhawan has been a MUCH bigger STAR than Vicky. Yes, Varun faced some tough times between 2018-2025 but he delivered so many HITS & excellent openers between 2013-2017. This projection of VICKY being in the same league as Ranbir & Ranveer is frankly PAID PR. He might become a genuine STAR in the future but currently he is not.

Wife visits her husband in jail and asks jailor “Why are you making him work so hard? He’s exhausted!” Officer: “Are you joking? He just eats, sleeps and sits!” Wife: “He just told me he’s been digging a tunnel for 3 months?” Moral: Never underestimate a wife’s smartness 😄!

@H4947Harshi @ZZoariah No no don't get women here. This was not meant to be. This was a woman who lobbied for a platform she wasn't ready for. No one denies the opportunity for being a woman but the opportunity demands respect, talent, fitment, performance

@ashilikeit Unpopular opinion - he may be a romantic hero but not a good onscreen kisser. All my previous SRK affection went down from there

@MySutradhar ?? Krishna was not of Suta lineage, he was a yadav. Suta is a charioteer. Also I just read your description - सूत्रधार एक प्रयास है हमारे जन सामान्य को कथाओं के माध्यम से हमारी महान संस्कृति से अवगत कराने का। .I dont think you are building awareness, but selling your own biases

सूत्रधार - भारत की कहानियाँ
Please quote one verse from Mahabharata text to support your argument. Suta Putra was not a cuss word. Shrikrishna was himself born in the lineage of Suta. Ugrashrava the sage who narrated the Mahabharata to the gathering of sages at Naimisharanya was a Suta and was called Ugrashrava Souti. Nila, Bhima's friend who fought for the Pandava and was killed by Ashwathama was a Suta. No Suta was ever humiliated in the Mahabharata because of that.

I would like to know what exactly was tragic about Karna's life. He was abandoned by his birth mother but was raised by very loving parents. Other children of that same mother had more tragic life - born in a forest, lost their father very young, faced constant threats to their lives during their stay in Hastinapur, had to live in hiding pretending to be dead, built their own kingdom from scratch which was robbed through deceit, faced public humiliation, lived in exile, forced to kill their loved ones for their birth right. Karna on the other hand - lived under royal patronage all his life, closest advisor to the crown prince of Hastinapur, had more influence on decision making than Dhritarashtra himself. So I would like to ask once again - what exactly was so tragic about Karna's life?
Aditya Jakki@adityajakki

Karna is glorified not because people believe he is hero or good... They know he did some big sins like instigating Draupadi Vastrapaharan... They also know he paid for that in the end... Despite all this Karna is glorified for following reasons: 1. He is a classic tragic character... Always raises the question of "what if" 2. He was arguably the most powerful archer after Bheeshma... Different matter that he could never display that as he lost many battles due to lack of motivation most of the times and when he was motivated his curses kicked in and of course Madhav did what he had to 3. All this brings relativity for people because normal people are not perfect... Normal people like redemption and benefit of doubt for characters they believe deserve 2nd chances There is nothing wrong with that There is a reason why people don't relate like this with any other characters from either Mahabharatam or Ramayanam in terms of redemption or 2nd chances

@MySutradhar He would have been SuryaPutra not SutaPutra. He would have been Jyestha Kunti Putra. And "Suta Putra" may not be a cuss word in the modern world, but casteism, discrimination was heavy in that era. He was discriminated. And if you say Pandavs suffered, so did he. Why be selective

@MySutradhar He did have a father. You are bringing here a classic archaic mindset of calling a child a bastard due to an unwed mother, with no reference to the father. And in all this the child is never at fault. So yes, he did get deprived

@MySutradhar Yes, but those were their real identities. Karna was abandoned at birth. His rightful place was the eldest son of Kunti and a Kshatriya prince. He was denied rights to a lot of things (e.g., education, respect) that were rightfully his had that exchange not happened

What right was denied to Karna. Suta Putra was not a cuss as being portrayed in TV serials. Yadu, the founder of Yaduvansha was a Suta. Kichaka, the commander of Matsya was a Suta. Uttara who was married to Abhimanyu was the daughter of a Suta woman. Bhima's friend Nila of Anupa who fought for the Pandava was a Suta.

@MySutradhar Yes but she was not denied any rights. Karna had matchable calibre of a top warrior, but was consistently denied that identity (Suta Putra). And it's not that Kunti did not resent her own situation. Also, no one questioned her lineage

I was never a Ranveer Singh fan. Loved his work but the loud personality, the over the top outfits outside movies was too much for me. Dhurandhar changed that. And it got me thinking about how badly India treats his craft. This man has played a street rapper, a historical emperor, a cricket legend, a Maratha warrior and disappeared completely into every single one. No two performances look like the same person. When he locked himself in for Khilji and needed therapy, people laughed. Called it attention seeking. Even fellow actors took digs at him. Heath Ledger does it, he is a legend. Ranveer does it, its drama and attention seeking. We just aren't used to an Indian actor taking his craft this seriously. So we mock it instead. Took me long enough but I get it now. 🤷 #RanveerSingh #Bollywood
