"Filesystem is all you need" will be the title of my next talk proposal for next agentic AI conference. It is clear that when you run multiple coding agents you turn programming into a distributed systems problem and you need filesystem to sync status and updates.

It is interesting to see Opus 4.5 runs a test in a sandbox that shows 12 failures when running tests on CLI show 0 failures and eventually Opus 4.5 is like my bad that is my sandbox issue not the real test failure.
