The gym wants you to believe fitness is complicated. It's not. Move your body in natural patterns. Do it outside. Challenge yourself progressively. Your ancestors got strong without monthly memberships. So can you.

Then there's rucking Walk 2-3 miles in the sun with 30+ pounds on your back and it'll change how you view cardio forever. Do some lunges with a vest on and prepare to get humbled quick. Easiest way to burn extra calories and build real-world strength.
