@imiavehs thankfully I don't think perfume is toxic if consumed in small amounts so I don't think there was potential for me to not be okay. it just tasted absolutely disgusting and I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth forever 😭

when i was a kid i used to think those breath freshening sprays people used for their mouth were just perfume. so i took my mom's bottle of perfume and sprayed it right in my mouth. needless to say it was very unpleasant.

i never realized that the thing that was adding an extra 200-300 cals to my burrito bowls was the fucking queso😵‍💫 replaced it with a lighter chile crema sauce and it tastes way better + less cals
