@magentaceiba The groups, books, and podcasts on NVC, Non-violent communication, and Authentic Relating have greatly helped me in the past 3 years to learn those new interpersonal behaviors and values. I am also organizing/prototyping a group to practice these skills with some success.

@imjonbean I'm sorry you've experienced that Jon. <3 Thanks for sharing what's helped u. For me friends pointed out my behaviors, 1.5 yrs therapy recalibrating my trauma reflex with comunication. 15 yrs learning abt the ancestral trauma of my abuser + organizing to heal it at systems level.
