Another part of this that people aren't honest about is that many who are making large amounts of money have 100K+ followers Of course a stock is going to move if you are telling 100K+ people to buy it Not knocking the hustle, but I see people with 1M+ followers doing it too

I wish “traders” would be more authentic when they describe their income. You have a paid discord group via whop where you’re raking in at least 5 figures a month from that alone. You’re not just relying on trading. Be so fr.

I understand why people like the socialist movement, but once again the downfall of politics right now is that everyone is too extreme I can understand making landlords/brokers have to cover some fees, but unless squatter laws change here no income/credit check is unwise

JUST IN: Mamdani proposes banning NYC landlords from requiring both proof of income & a credit check — while forcing landlords or brokers to pay any credit-check fees.

I don’t really tweet anything that isn’t basic common sense but there is always a person who comments that what I’m saying isn’t profound to try to diss me When I completely agree it’s not profound and I’m not offended, if anything I would like to move on from the basics

I really don't care if someone doesn't go to college or thinks it's worthless, but I do care about the younger generations getting the right information so they can make an informed decision about career paths There's been so much misinformation and that's why many are hopeless

There is no such thing as a guaranteed outcome, but there are high probability outcomes I think it's important to look at your decisions through that lens and align yourself with the best possible paths for your age, skill level, etc

My favorite part about this is they could stop investing today and have a little less than 9 million by retirement age considering compound interest Using the common 4% withdrawal rule, a portfolio of $8.69M = $347,600 per year in income = $28,970 per month All off a 9-5

Our projected taxable brokerage ($800K balance) by age 50 assuming we keep investing my wife's salary ($4.2K/month): $4.9M If we cut contributions in half moving forward ($2.1K/month)? $4.04M The beauty of going hard in your 20s/early 30s and front-loading your investments.

Even in an unfavorable environment or situation, you can still grow as a person, make money, and secure a tangible win The season you experience in that environment, in most cases propels you to your desired outcome

I think not being able to tell the truth is hurting us as a society Some of the things being pushed as acceptable are nonsensical I’m always wondering what the endgame is

Somethings I worked on in my early 20s didn’t manifest its full potential until almost 10 years later One reason I’m an advocate for staying committed because along the journey you have small benefits until it really materializes but only if you stay committed
