Absolutely disgusted with @HotpointUK and their customer service. Broken washing machine - 6 weeks old!! Two engineer visits and today I’ve been left with a washing machine spinning and leaking … 4 weeks of phone calls. They can’t get anyone back until Friday. Appalling!
