@Zyyon_ I have friends who moved to the UK 🇬🇧 right after secondary school age 16/17 and have lived there since 2009, yet they still have strong Nigerian accents. They can switch accents and sound British when speaking to Brits, which shows it’s an intentional choice, not biology.

I’d say 95% of the military personnel at that airport are polite. One time I went to pick someone up, a soldier unprovoked told me to park by the right. I did. After waiting, he told me to come down and walk back to their shed. I just drove off. The insult was mind-bending.

@HQNigerianArmy just to let you know the soldiers that you put at the lagos international airport have become nuisance… all they do now is stop luxurious cars & bully the drivers and passengers-just because they are young then ask for Martel money… the Nigerian army use to have honor but it’s filled with jokers now … hopefully you do something about this
