@rampatra_ @tim_cook what's wrong? Where's all the love great Mac apps deserve?
English

@SeanAnth0ny @VuNguyenDev I believe SaaS is usually auth-for-trial so the Email is already bundled with customer :)
English

@VuNguyenDev Any data on the modal popup? see them all the time on ecommerce sites but rarely for SaaS

English

@aaliya_va Thanks! Yeah it's really cool, if you set it up correctly :)
English

@importnil congrats for the launch
This kills the “AI slop” problem at the root.
u got my support
English

@importnil Hey @importnil you seem are shipping some great features on the Fluent app. Do you work as a solo developer?
English

@rampatra_ Yeah I've tried it and faced manual checkbox captcha 3 times in the latest hours. Don't ask why I tried it, just was curious how it works for you :)
English

I know what you mean. I don’t like it too.
But the Managed Challenge feature of Cloudflare is aimed to do just that. It will show a challenge if and only if it needs to. And, there are various degrees of challenges. It won’t show complex challenges even when it does show a challenge.
I will enable this for some time and see if it solves the problem. If it doesn’t then I’ll remove it.
You can open apps.deals and let me know how your UX is like.
English

To tackle this, I enabled Managed Challenge in Cloudflare for all of my routes.
And, my auto og image generation started failing because the og image api was faced with a captcha as well.
If you have enabled Managed Challenge for your website, make sure you exclude the og image generation api.

I have been getting these emails lately but no other info besides this. Their dashboard also shows nothing regarding this. Has anyone faced this? How did you debug what’s causing this? My website visits are quite low to cause this.
English

@rampatra_ Could it be the bots? They easily scan dozens of endpoints. And I don't think CF filters them out 🙃
Actually I thought about running something on CF Workers and stuff, but after your post I'll stick to good ol' VPS and load balancing.

@eurofounder @sophieraiin It's a trick! He will force you to file taxes.
English

@sophieraiin Sophie, it’s time for you to move to Germany. My daughter also does OF and would be happy to learn from you
English

@eurofounder Great choice Herr Schmidt! It's much better to stay safe at SAP than to risk becoming a millionaire with these American scams.

My wife woke up yesterday jumping from excitement
She just received a job offer from Google
"Babe, they want to pay me $300k, $100k base plus $200k in stock options" she said
I sat down and held her hand
"Sweetheart, that means they are offering you just $100k"
"No look, it says total compensation is $300k"
I gently closed her laptop
"Stock options are imaginary money, it's a well known American scam, it's not real" I said
"But I could just sell them for cash?" she asked
I tried not to laugh, women can be so naive sometimes
"That's not how stocks work. Who told you this?"
She said her recruiter explained it
I sighed. Of course. An American filled her head with nonsense
"Baby, American stocks are worthless, it's imaginary shares from an imaginary company"
"But it's such a good offer" she started crying
"I know, baby" I hugged her, and right there I knew I needed to act
It's my job as a husband to shield her from American predators
Later I emailed the recruiter and declined on her behalf
I explained that my wife is not interested in fantasy compensation from a failing company
We are European. We don't fall for American tricks
She will keep her job at SAP making €43,000 a year, which puts her above most women in Germany
Feels good knowing I protected our future
