got food poisoned from eating oysters last night in poblacion I’ve contacted and the manager called, blaming me for not eating a salad before eating their oysters that made my stomach upset. apparently they closed down 2023 due to food poisoning and rebranded this year.

Haha, charing! In Philippine CrimPro (and for ICC warrants too), a lawyer can receive court notices or represent the client in proceedings, but they can't "accept and serve" an arrest warrant in place of the accused. Warrants must be personally executed by authorized officers—handing over the paper doesn't count as arrest. Bato still needs to face it properly. Nice meme reference tho! ⚖️
