I shall strengthen and institutionalize Ohanaeze Ndigbo as an independent and globally respected socio-cultural body, empowering it as the true voice of Ndi Igbo in national discourse, cultural preservation, and developmental advocacy. I will never consent to the division of Imo State for any reason whatsoever. Instead, I shall protect our territorial integrity while ensuring fair development reaches every zone, community, and local government. I shall work tirelessly for the realization and success of Anioma State as the rightful 6th South Eastern state, further strengthening the political balance, representation, and collective interests of Ndigbo. Oil revenues and all state resources shall no longer serve a privileged few. They shall be transparently reinvested into massive infrastructural transformation including: * Modern road networks connecting rural and urban communities * Industrial hubs for youth employment * Agricultural modernization programs * Constant electricity through independent power projects * Quality healthcare systems * Smart cities and technology parks * Housing projects for low-income families * Water security projects * Education reforms with scholarships for indigent students Beyond infrastructure, I shall establish: * Igbo Cultural Villages and Heritage Centers * Annual global Igbo economic and cultural summits * State-sponsored international promotion of Igbo arts, crafts, and tourism * Youth leadership academies focused on governance and entrepreneurship * Cooperative systems to empower traders, artisans, and local manufacturers * Diaspora investment commissions to attract global Igbo capital home * Protection and promotion of traditional rulers and institutions * Massive support for local industries, especially Aba-style manufacturing expansion into Imo I shall prioritize security through community-based intelligence systems, empowering local vigilante structures while maintaining constitutional order, so our people can live, farm, trade, and prosper without fear. My vision is clear: To rebuild Imo State into the cultural heartbeat, economic powerhouse, and political beacon of the entire Igbo nation. Together, we shall restore dignity to governance. Few months ago, we commenced the construction of the library, in line with the #AGreaterAguata agenda on grass-root education. Today, we will unveil the facility and make it open to use by the hard-working students and pupils within the community and beyond. The education of our young people is an aspect of our vision which cannot be over-emphasized.
