I'm dealing with an unbelievable issue with web platform called @strikingly. I've been reporting a serious issue for three straight days with a chat representative that is empowered to solve NOTHING.

@strikingly Your live chat support does not have the capability to solve my issue. For the past three days, they tell me they are reporting my issue to the development team. Still no resolution.

@strikingly Your customer service is horrible!! I've been trying to get support for three days on the same issue!! Your so called- Happiness Officers are NOT!!! I am a Strikingly Reseller with 19 websites and am very angry, frustrated and upset.
