This is sad news and a moment to pay tribute to probably the most influential promoter in British motorsport and certainly Brands Hatch. Whilst more widely known for his 4 wheel events and championships, on his watch was the original Transatlantic match races, the F750 World Championship events and a deep knowledge and promotion and affection of club bike racing. RIP John Webb.
