@vanicohen @_lulublue_ A PR team can't simply decide on its own to invent a fake gf or stage a photo leak. Decisions like that come from the wider team and are part of a larger strategy

@vanicohen @_lulublue_ Also, PR is not an independent part of the team that acts on its own. PR professionals carry out the strategy they're given. There may be a specific goal, and the PR team's job is to figure out how to achieve it
