@ASOS_UK how do I sort this pro rata refund? I’ve clicked the link and your web chat bot is terrible and I can’t seem to get anywhere. I don’t want premier if I’m going to get charged for returns as your sizing is terrible and I never know if anything’s going to fit.

Instead of telling all customers they're in this "small group" why don't you just admit that you're implementing a return fee on all orders?
Also, if you stopped making so much poor quality crap, people wouldn't need to return so much! Hope that helps!
