@cprwarner Well, you are a finely tuned, emotional being – a sensitive being. Your receptors can be overwhelmed by massive inputs. Your sweet spot is in finer distinctions – the subtleties. You will have a very strong BS detector, etc.. you’ll catch things others might be “snowed” by.

Since I was a kid, people have told me I need a thicker skin. Now at 45, it doesn't seem all that likely to occur. I try to remind myself that my sensitivity is a tool I bring to interviews.
