Please note, my message hasn't passed the robot stage, because this supposed robot can't read my email address and I would never send it again. I mean, am I now supposed to communicating with robots? They must pass my message to a REAL person, as these are the type of people I communicate with. Either that or please give me an email address I can send my own explaining it all. I have had my fridge freezer for just over a year. Do you think I want to spend my weekends complaining about yet another problem with the damn thing? No, it don't, nor will I use my DM again. Hi @IndesitUK Our washer/dryer hasn’t worked since February 14th. It was purchased on December 23rd, so I’d consider that pretty new. It’s under warranty and has insurance. This is where I’ve got to with it (please see images attached)

@IndesitUK We recently had to replace our old Indesit IDC85 and I have to say we wish we could still buy that, new one has no low temp or manual temp mode and the door is very stiff. The only mention of low temperature in the INDESIT C YD C82 is the 10 minute or 30 minute mode.

@IndesitUK Good afternoon, last year I bought a fridge freezer from you for the first time in my life. I have had nothing else, but problems with it. The first you delivered, had to be replaced as my food in the Fridge Section was freezing. The second and current, had to have the door changed twice, as both were damaged. Now my food is freezing again in the Fridge Section. I have written to you about this, but no one has yet bothered to respond to my email. I have had to turn down the thermostat to 1.5 which is far too low, as the freezer section will be affected by it, so your response is urgent. I bought your product as the Fridge section is quite big and spacious, but my God, I never thought I was going to have these many problems. Please respond to my emails urgently. Thank you. Manuella

We need to replace our condenser tumble dryer. All but one available in our local @currys store is the heat pump version, which neans expensive alterations to our utility room. We'll be going for the @IndesitUK condenser dryer, same as our old one which lasted 10+ years!

Good morning. Here’s how to remove the light cover on an Indesit TLAA 10 fridge — this model uses a snap‑fit style lamp cover that can feel stuck even after removing the screw. ✅ What to do after removing the screw Once the single screw is out, the cover is still held by plastic clips at the back. It won’t drop down on its own — you have to release the clip. Try this step‑by‑step: 1. Push the cover towards the back wall of the fridge The front of the cover (near the screw) loosens easily, but the back has a tab that hooks into the liner. Gently slide or push the entire cover towards the back wall to disengage that clip. 2. Then pull the front of the cover down Once it slides backwards a few millimetres, the front edge will drop down. 3. Wiggle side‑to‑side if needed If it’s stuck from age, carefully wiggle the cover to free the rear clip. (Over time, condensation can make the plastic stick slightly.) 4. Avoid prying from the front A screwdriver at the front can snap the clip. Only use gentle pressure at the rear edge if truly needed. ⚠️ If the cover still won’t move Try this: Warm the area slightly by leaving the fridge door open for 5–10 minutes (cold plastic becomes rigid). Push upwards at the back of the cover while sliding it back — the clip is like a little tooth that needs lifting.
