Even hotter take but I think reloading should just put the mag back in reserve, like the reload system in Squad where you have a certain amount of magazines and if you reload, the mag with less bullets stays that way

It feels like in trying to make ammo management a thing, Valve have made reloading much less tactical? Spam timings, reloading ahead of expected fights (especially the AWP, getting those 5 bullets back mid-rotate), this feels like a clunky solution to a problem that didn't exist?

This is the only upside I see from this update, and I do agree with the problem. But I still can't help but feel like reducing the overall ammo count and/or reducing the size of the hole a bullet makes in a smoke would have been a better solution. Or letting you keep the used mag, that works too.

At least most tactical shooters with this mechanic have the option to retain a half-used magazine for later. Most also let you scavenge ammunition too. This feels impulsive. I don't think I've had this level of instant visceral disdain for an update since the R8. Diabolical 😂

"Nade Boards" concept for Stratbase. You can add all your nades to a board that you can put on your second monitor or in-game overlay, showing all the common nades you'd need for a map. You can control the video loop points, zoom and drag videos around to re-order them on the interface. Thoughts?
