@bahlawat11 My take. Word BIHARI (now a slang) was coined by these Sikh landlords when hordes of labouers from Bihar, UP & MP worked for them in Punjab. Unable to remember their names, they called them 'Oye Bihari'. The term gradually came to Delhi in early 90s and later spread pan-India.
