महोदय, सम्बंधित कार्यालय की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार गवाहों के बयान तृतीय पक्ष से सम्बन्धित है, अतः नियमानुसार बयान देय नहीं है। इसके अतिरिक्त जाँच रिपोर्ट के अनुसार शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा अपनी शिकायत वापस ले ली गई थी, अतः शिकायत पूर्व में ही निस्तारित की जा चुकी है। फिर भी यदि शिकायतकर्ता को कोई आपत्ति है, तो वह ठोस सबूतों के साथ पुनः शिकायत कर सकते है व जाँच प्रक्रिया में भाग लेकर अपनी शिकायत निस्तारित करवा सकते है।

मेरी डाक 20 दिन पहले पोस्ट मेन के पास आ गयी पर मुझे अभी तक नही मिली ऑनलाइन चेक तब डीलीवर्ड भी बता दी पोस्टमेन से बात हुई वो कह रहे हैं कि डाक बहुत आती हैं टाइम तो लगेगा ही श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि इस तरह स्पीड पोस्ट की डाक भी समय पर नही मिल पा रही हैं,
