Northern Arc Capital Subject: Complaint Regarding Breach of Privacy and Harassment by Recovery Team Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the highly unprofessional and unethical conduct of your recovery team member, Mr. Aditya Bharadwaj, mobile number 9354857862. Your representative contacted my client and disclosed my personal loan details, including that my total outstanding amount is approximately ₹20 lakhs and that around ₹14 lakhs remains unpaid. He further informed my client that I would not be paying this month’s EMI. This act is a serious breach of my privacy and confidentiality and has caused immense mental harassment, reputational damage, and embarrassment in front of my business associates. I would like to bring to your notice that sharing a borrower’s financial details with third parties without consent is completely unacceptable and against fair recovery practices and customer privacy norms. I request you to: Conduct an immediate investigation into the matter. Take strict action against the concerned employee. Ensure that no further harassment or unauthorized disclosures take place. Provide me with a written explanation and confirmation of the corrective action taken. Failing satisfactory action, I will be constrained to escalate this matter before the appropriate legal and regulatory authorities. Regards,
