@MarieGardiner @EmmaSzewczak I never had any pain until I moved to the uk... I don't know what the difference is, but I've had smears in at least 3 other countries and never even realised they could be painful until I came to the UK.

@HMRCcustomers No. It would have been. The reason it was refunded is bc it never arrived.

@HMRCcustomers Ah sorry- no. It's something that I bought for the business, but then ended up returning it.
