@Maggih90 @viktor888 But it is, of course, possible that people who choose to participate are different - they may be more interested in politics and may behave differently as a result. But, then, the polls leading up to the election and result don't really tell a different story.

@Maggih90 @viktor888 Moreover, the theory would suggest that there should be more strategic voting, the less chance the candidate has the more voters should dessert him or her, which is what we find. Is there another theory that explains that pattern? Could be, but I can't think of one.
