@AnnieWells2026 I moved back to Scotland 2.5 years ago Annie. Paying that income tax rate. But I don't notice it because my council tax is lower on a comparable property and I don't have an additional £700 separate water bill. I'm more than happy to be paying my way for services in Scotland 👍

@AnnieWells2026 We aren’t. We save far more than that in other ways. Council tax, prescriptions, free higher education - the list goes on.
Not only that, but we support those who can’t afford them, as we should.

A small falafel shop in West Seattle 🇺🇸, Falafel Salam, is once again facing backlash and boycott calls. The reason? The owner was born in Israel. No political activity. No statements. No affiliations. Just a place serving food. And yet, that’s enough to trigger harassment. Now ask yourself honestly: If the owner were from any other country, would this be tolerated? Or would we immediately call it what it is? Discrimination.
