After being deported last year due to a charge for drug possession, they snuck back across the U.S. border (a felony) to ensure their son would be born an American. They were then deported yet again-- but their son is now an American citizen with the same rights as you and I. This is why the Supreme Court needs to overturn birthright citizenship.
