🚨 Travis County and Bastrop County, TX: Mexican national Luis Fernando Benitez Gonzalez has been linked to the unsolved murders of two women, the 2024 murder of Alyssa Ann Rivera (R) in Travis County and the 2018 murder of Alba Jenisse Aviles Marti (L) in Bastrop County. He had previously been voluntarily deported in 2020 and an anonymous law enforcement source has stated that Benitez Gonzalez has an immigration detainer hold in Travis County, where he is currently in custody. Unfortunately, neither Travis County nor the Austin Police Department provide detainer information in their public resources. Evidence collected in two separate 2025 assaults, incidents where both female victims had been shot, led investigators to believe Benitez Gonzalez was a suspect in the women's murders. When speaking to investigators, he framed his actions in the murders as self defense, but investigators say that this claim is contradicted by the evidence.

We shouldn’t need a constitutional amendment.
The Fourteenth Amendment provided birthright citizenship to the children of the freed slaves.
Not the kids of foreign ambassadors, invading armies, illegal aliens, or Chinese birth tourists.
Unfortunately, the Supreme Court justices will likely put their vanity over our sovereignty.
