ویسے خرچ کرنے والے مردوں کا بھی بڑا جگرہ ہوتا ہے ورنہ آجکل جتنا مطلب اور مفاد پرست معاشرہ ہے اچھے خاصے کھاتے پیتے لوگوں کی پیسے خرچ کرتے ہوئے یا تحفے دیتے ہوئے جان جاتی ہے۔ آجکل تو مرد حضرات الٹا خواتین سے تحفے لے کر اور کھانے کھا کر جھنڈی کرا دیتے ہیں۔۔۔ اسی بات پر، پیسا آیا چاہے جیسے بھی ہو خرچ کرنے اور مہنگے تحفے دینے کا کریڈٹ تو دیکھیں بنتا ہے چدھڑ صاحب کا۔۔۔

بریک اپ کے بعد اگر کوئی مرد یہ شکایت کرے کہ “میں نے اس پر اتنے پیسے خرچ کیے تھے” تو یہ سوال پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ کیا وہ رشتہ تھا یا کسی قسم کی سرمایہ کاری؟ کوئی بھی عورت کسی کی ملکیت نہیں ہوتی کہ صرف مالی اخراجات کی بنیاد پر وہ کسی کی مقروض سمجھی جائے۔ اور جو شخص “نہیں” سننے کے بعد بھی یہ قبول نہ کرے کہ رشتہ ختم ہو چکا ہے، وہ صرف ایک ریڈ فلیگ نہیں بلکہ ہراسمنٹ کے زمرے میں آتا ہے۔ دنیا بھر میں جب ایک فرد یہ کہہ دے کہ “It’s over” تو اس فیصلے کا احترام کیا جاتا ہے لہٰذا بہتر یہی ہے کہ آگے بڑھا جائے اور اس غیر مناسب رویے کو ترک کیا جائے۔ اس سے واضح ہوتا ہے کہ اصل مسئلہ بریک اپ نہیں بلکہ انا اور دوسروں پر کنٹرول رکھنے کی عادت ہے۔

These timings are observed by the rest of the world as part of decent and healthy living: start the day around 8 or 9 am and wind up the day's business by late afternoon or early evening. We also observed the same timings until 10-12 years ago.
A country plagued by power theft, shortages, law and order problems, and terrorism can ill afford the luxury of market timings that run from midday until after midnight. It has created a culture of waste and social disorder. For an orderly society, a regulated framework for business and office hours is a must. I am not aware of a single nation in the world that functions in such an undisciplined fashion.

Shops, Markets & Shopping Malls All will close at 08:00 PM throughout the week. Exemptions: pharmacies, hospitals, petrol pumps, dairy shops, sports facilities, and IT/call centers. Restaurants, Grocery Stores & Food Outlets To close at 10:00 PM (takeaway & delivery services remain unaffected). Marriage Halls & Event Venues To close at 10:00 PM, including events held at private premises. Effective From: 05 May 2026 (until further orders) Citizens and business owners are requested to ensure strict compliance with the notified timings.
