Dear IGEX users and partners,
We hereby announce that the IGEX ecosystem has been officially acquired by RBT Group. This acquisition, led by RBT, includes the core assets, technical infrastructure, and ecosystem resources of IGEX.
This strategic decision was made in response to current market conditions and the need for broader business integration. Through this transfer, IGEX will enter a new phase of development under the management and operation of RBT. Moving forward, RBT will assume full control over IGEX’s development direction, resource allocation, and technical evolution.

• Whether the IGEX brand will be retained will be further announced by RBT
• Existing platform functions and user assets remain unaffected for now, as RBT takes over the transition plan
